CNC machining is limited by the hardness and shape of the material, and is not suitable for processing too brittle or too soft materials.
 
Finally, the surface quality of the parts is good
 
Because die casting is a closed production technology, the surface of the manufactured parts is flat, and there is no need for secondary processing after forming; CNC machining, on the other hand, requires surface treatment and polishing after processing, which consumes time and labor costs.
 
In short, although CNC machining can produce high-precision and a variety of styles of parts, die casting technology has superior characteristics and advantages in mass production, low manufacturing costs, the manufacture of complex shapes of parts, a wide range of materials to choose from, and the surface quality of parts. Therefore, in some cases, the use of die casting technology instead of CNC machining can better meet production needs and improve production efficiency.
